Hello! It’s Jessie! I hope it’s not tooooo late to say Happy New Year 2014!

Hello all, it’s your very own Jessie Doggie Diva here!  I really, really, really hope you all had a great Christmas.  I did!!!  So did my humans (goes without saying, they were with me)

Plenty of foooooood, walkies and pressies!  Of course, a lot of my pressies were food based.  Yum!  Yum!  Yum!  Yep, veeeeeerrrry nice indeed!

Although there new year’s only just begun, I’ve been soooooooo busy!  It means that it’s taken me a bit longer to wish all my readers a happy new year.  But I’ve done it now.  So consider yourselves all wished a very happy new year.  There!

Regular readers will know that I get very excited.  I’m one of life’s great optimists.  And, so I’ve got my very, very excited tail on today…

I’m so looking forward to doing lots and lots of great things in 2014, and in all the years after that as well, of course.  But let’s concentrate on one year at a time.  Otherwise I’ll get too exhaustipated (I think that’s the correct human word for needing to take lots of naps and sleeps etc., etc., etc?).  Of course, while I continue to enjoy going out for walkies, it could do with being less rainy.  Now, don’t get me wrong, I love the wet stuff.  Wouldn’t want everything to be dry, would you?  The wet stuff is very useful for having a paddle in or a bath (yes, I love having a bath and playing with my rubber ducks) and drinking, of course.  But, and I never thought I’d hear myself saying this, you can on very, very, very, very, very rare occasions have too much of a good thing.  Mind you, don’t tell anyone – especially my humans – that I ever said that!  They may start giving me fewer things if they hear that.  AND, I WOULDN’T WANT THAT!  Besides, usually, I can’t enough of things!  But, just for once, less rain would be very nice.  Very helpful even.  Thank you.

Anyway, all I really wanted to say was Happy New Year to everyone, but once I get started…

So I hope that 2014 is great year for everyone and gets better very soon for all those people who are having a real struggle with the wet weather.   My thoughts and best wishes are with you.

As you may know, Battersea Dogs & Cats Home helped me find my humans and my forever home.  So, as usual,  I like to remind my readers that there are many, many doggie divas and divos who want to help you enjoy 2014 by becoming their humans.  Why not browse their website at: www.battersea.org.uk .  Of course there are also a lot more organisations that help us doggies out and why not check them out too?

Anyway, lots of love and keep reading my posts in 2014.

Kiss, kiss…

Jessie xx.
